Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity in Kansas

At Delta Physician Placement, we offer an attractive compensation package for our Cardiothoracic Surgeon position, including a $600,000 guarantee and the potential for $700,000 or more. Additionally, you will receive $10,000 in relocation assistance and a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans, as well as six weeks of paid time off.
Responsibilities and Facility Details
As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon at our 58-bed physician-owned hospital, you will join a team of experienced professionals and have the opportunity to work with a built-in referral base of five employed cardiologists. You will have a shared call schedule of 1:3 and the option for initial mentoring if desired. Our hospital is equipped to keep you busy with a steady stream of cases, and you will have the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this position, you must be board eligible or certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery and have an active Kansas state license or the ability to acquire one. You should be a collegial, team player who works well with referring physicians and has excellent surgical and technical skills. New graduates and experienced surgeons are welcome to apply.
