Multi-Site Nurse LPN Specialist

The LPN is responsible for ensuring individuals with disabilities receive quality healthcare services in accordance with prevailing standards and current community-based healthcare practices. As a multi-site nurse, you will maintain the continuation of the nursing process for each authorized individual under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor and nurse supervisor in training and orientation of staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff in the supervisor's absence
- Coordinate health services for individuals under supervision, as defined by the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act
- Perform delegated medical and nursing actions, as determined by the physician and/or nurse
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed practical nurse, currently licensed in the State of Minnesota
- Preferably with experience in service for persons with disabilities or long-term care
- Must be responsible, reliable, flexible, and able to carry out job functions without direct on-site oversight
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Current auto liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
