About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee and review project plans, requirements, and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Estimating and Cost Management: Determine labor and equipment costs, prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, and materials pricing to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate leadership ability to coordinate a team to develop large multi-disciplinary estimates, and orchestrate pre-construction duties and meetings with owners, clients, and engineers.
  • Communication and Interface: Serve as the company interface between owner and architect, and develop leadership, motivation, and communication with owners, subs, and project teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a similar field.
  • Experience: Proven experience working on large multi-million-dollar projects exceeding $25 million dollars.
  • Skills: Advanced computer skills with estimating software, effective presentation skills, and advanced computer skills with MS Office.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles, and understanding of all aspects of horizontal and infrastructure projects.
