We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Orthopedic Sports Medicine Practice in Dallas, TX. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Job Summary:- Provide physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries and conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- At least 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
