Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Assistant to provide instructional assistance to students in STEM courses at the College of DuPage. This is a non-teaching, non-credit position that requires a strong background in mathematics or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support to students in mathematics, physics, or other STEM courses
  • Collaborate with college mathematics faculty and senior academic assistants to ensure consistency in tutoring students
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience providing academic assistance in mathematics or a related field at the high school level or above
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in spoken English
