Daily Responsibilities of a Case Compliance Auditor:
- Conduct thorough audits of cases prepared for submission to immigration authorities.
- Review and refine legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in client consultations and meticulously document all communications.
- Organize and manage both physical and digital case files efficiently.
- Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain prompt and effective communication with clients and team members via various channels.
- Work exclusively on-site to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace our Client First Mission, ensuring clients are at the heart of every action.
- Engage in regular communication with clients through phone, text, email, and in-person meetings.
- Gather, update, and organize client evidence in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings to collect necessary documents and payments.
- Prepare, edit, and accurately process client forms.
- Support and mentor new team members as they acclimate to the firm.
- Assist with legal and factual research as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a legal setting.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing legal case files, preferably within immigration law.
- High proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science or a related legal field.
- Willingness to work on-site with no options for hybrid or remote schedules.
