We're seeking a compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our Crisis Residential St. Cloud team. As a people-first organization, we prioritize our employees' well-being and provide resources to support their personal and professional growth.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Crisis Residential Mental Health Practitioner, you'll work with our clients to provide support and guidance in achieving their recovery goals. You'll be part of a supportive team with 24-hour access to mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to clients in a mental health crisis in a residential setting.
  • Conduct mental health assessments, suicide/homicide assessments, and develop individual treatment plans.
  • Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and families, providing resources, reassurance, and empathy.
  • Coordinate with clients' existing providers and make necessary referrals.
Requirements:
  • Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) qualifications: 4,000 hours working with individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, or chemical dependency diagnoses, or a master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
  • Clear DHS background study and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • At least 18 years of age.
