We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team at MAXhealth. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership, support, and training to our Clinical Assistants, ensuring patients receive high-quality care in our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Clinical Assistants in their assigned clinics
  • Ensure patients receive care based on risk assessment and patient needs
  • Provide patient triage and/or care based on the direction of the Primary Care Provider and/or Medical Director
  • Manage and supervise Clinical Assistants to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and Primary Care Providers to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • CMA, RMA, or LPN with current, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Computer literacy and experience using EMR/EHR systems (eClinicalworks experience preferred)
