We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable area facility and expert therapy professionals who help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for everyday life.

Job Summary:

This travel Home Health Occupational Therapist position is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program and be licensed in good standing with the State License Board. The successful candidate will also have current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
