Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding and Maintenance Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for determining the best equipment and method to rig up according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine equipment and best method to rig up according to customer package specifications
  • Unload and assemble equipment with the assistance of other Operators, set up the service unit, and initiate the rig up
  • Ensure drains and air reliefs are installed in the proper places
  • Operate transfer pumps, monitor water levels in frac tanks, and operate discharge manifolds
  • Safely handle hoses of various sizes and operate filtration units
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, clean and check tools, and perform routine readings of equipment during rigging up
  • Move equipment around the yard with forklifts, help load and unload trucks, make hotshot and parts runs, sweep, and mop the shop and yard
  • Comply with Company safety policies and procedures, initiate Job Safety Analysis safety procedures, and identify correct obvious hazards
  • Attend in-house and/or outside training seminars to acquire basic knowledge of OSHA and Company safety programs and policies
  • Interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedure manuals, and ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Requirements
  • EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of experience
  • LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Valid Driver's License
  • TRAVEL: Up to 50%
