Job Summary: As a Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges in a residential setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support and care to residents
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encouraging socialization and community integration
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
