Our approach transcends traditional healthcare barriers, emphasizing a commitment to people over profits, collaboration over ego, and a unified goal: the health of our patients.

  • Enjoy a potential four-day work week.
  • Participate in a shared call rotation among physicians for inpatient responsibilities at a single hospital, with a hospitalist available for admissions and discharges.
  • Maintain a clinic schedule that prioritizes adequate face-to-face time with patients.
  • Achieve a work-life balance with competitive vacation and continuing medical education (CME) time.
  • Focus on community hematology and oncology practice while having the flexibility to specialize in particular areas of care.
  • Utilize EPIC and Beacon EMR systems across all practice sites.
  • Explore opportunities to develop non-clinical interests within the medical field.
  • Receive a generous sign-on bonus.

Work Environment
