Job Summary:

As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties. You will identify and troubleshoot issues with various systems, develop and implement effective solutions, and collaborate with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer retention and uphold the company brand
  • Build solid productive relationships with team members and customers
  • Provide timely feedback to management on any issues or needs
  • Performing any basic handyman home repairs
Requirements:
  • Prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman or Construction professional
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proven experience using hand and power tools
  • Basic math skills
  • Good communication ability
