We are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team at Culver's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and food safety in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Culver's sanitation and food safety practices.
  • Rotate stock to ensure new items are placed behind older items, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Monitor shelf life and code dates to prevent expired or spoiled products from entering the food chain.
  • Take accurate temperatures of required foods upon delivery to ensure quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
