PRIMARY ROLE

A Laboratory Chemist is an entry-level professional who collaborates with experienced specialists and supervisors to oversee laboratory instruments, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. This role involves hands-on experimentation and data analysis to address challenges faced by operational units and to innovate testing methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to OIMS and Safety Program protocols.
  • Ensure data integrity and comprehend Quality Procedures and Guidelines.
  • Enhance knowledge of quality assurance through established testing protocols.
  • Utilize specialized analytical techniques to resolve manufacturing and production issues.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of testing methodologies.
  • Build credibility in addressing analytical challenges through a diverse range of techniques.
  • Manage the selection, procurement, validation, and maintenance of testing equipment to fulfill operational needs.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
