Position Overview
This role is essential in maintaining the operational efficiency of our manufacturing facilities. The Industrial Maintenance Specialist will engage in a wide range of maintenance activities, focusing on diagnosing, repairing, and enhancing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks and respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and knowledge in various maintenance disciplines.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- A technical degree in mechanical or electrical fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work across multiple shifts based on operational requirements.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing sectors is preferred.
