- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously, and maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move quickly, as well as lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
