We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Youth Gymnastics Coach. The successful applicant will have a strong background in gymnastics or a related field and the ability to create engaging and fun classes for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years. As a coach, you will be responsible for teaching recreational fitness and gymnastics programs, promoting physical activity and social development in our young students. My Gym is a leading provider of youth fitness and gymnastics programs, dedicated to helping children develop essential life skills through play-based learning. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching classes to children aged 6 weeks to 10 years
  • Helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 17 years old or older
  • 25+ hours/week, including weekends
  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic individual
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with children
  • Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field) is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including:

  • Hourly rate: $16-$18/hour (starts at $16)
  • Average trained staff member earns $18-$21/hour
  • Paid Time Off

  • Profit-Sharing Available for long-term teachers
