Optical Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Optician to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our optical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the delivery of our brand promise.

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the guest experience behaviors flawlessly.
• Ensure a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience through the playground rules.
• Build brand awareness by attracting new guests from the host to optical.
• Develop and maintain professional business partnerships with the target optical doctor and target host.
• Model the target optical personal style dress code.
• Create an amazing guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable products to guests.
• Follow all operating policies and procedures at the highest level, including training, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing/merchandising programs and promotions, and utilization of all sales strategies and resources.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions/interactions with guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed as required by state.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• Selling skills.
