Senior Embryologist

RMA Network, a leading fertility practice in the United States, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Embryologist to join our team in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The Senior Embryologist will be responsible for executing IVF laboratory procedures according to established policies and protocols, adhering to RMA's quality assurance program, and performing clinical embryology procedures independently.

• Collect and document daily quality control data
• Participate in laboratory operations, procedures, and projects as directed
• Perform daily clinical embryology laboratory services
• Verify specimen chain of custody during lab procedures
• Assist with general IVF lab duties
• Maintain lab supply inventories

• Bachelor of Science in Biological Science
• ABB Certifications preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Senior-Level Embryology experience preferred

• Perform and understand clinical embryology principles and techniques
• Must be able to perform all aspects of the lab (VOR, Fert Check, Grading, ICSI, BX, Transfers, Vitrification, and Warming)
• Perform and understand principles and techniques of Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT)
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
