As a Registered Nurse (RN) with IntelyCare, you will:
- Provide quality care in post-acute care facilities
- Create care plans by collaborating with medical staff and residents
- Deliver treatments and administer medications to each resident
- Review care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
- Educate residents and family members about best care options
- Set up and monitor medical equipment as needed
- Maintain nursing standards and facility policies
- Draw fluids, such as blood and urine, for lab analysis
- Train and supervise nurses and support staff
- Ensure accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories
- Assist with incident investigations
To be successful as a Registered Nurse (RN) with IntelyCare, you must:
- Hold a current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Have completed an approved nursing program
- Have at least 4 months' experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
