We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team in the Wholesale Meat Department. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for processing and preparing meat products for our customers. Key Responsibilities- Process and prepare meat products for customers, including cutting, trimming, and wrapping.
- Operate and maintain equipment, such as meat saws and grinders, to ensure efficient and safe processing.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet customer needs and achieve department goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- 6 months experience working in a fresh production department.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
