We are seeking a highly skilled Recoup Associate to join our team at Sysco Corporation. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of products.
Key Responsibilities- Product Identification: Identify damaged products within the warehouse, including those stored in dryers, coolers, and freezers.
- Product Separation and Repackaging: Separate damaged products, clean up, repackage, or repair them if necessary.
- Product Returns: Unload, separate, and stage product returns from routes for processing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment.
- Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections: Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and safely operate all mechanical equipment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.
