We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Fixed Income Clearance and Settlement Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide operational support for the Government Security and Mortgage Back Security divisions of FICC, focusing on trade capture, comparison, netting, and settlement services for the mortgage-backed and government securities market.
Key Responsibilities- Complete operational processes by following detailed procedures and job aids while working at understanding and mastering knowledge of the process.
- Ensure results meet in line with procedures, metrics, and benchmarks while adhering to critical timeframes; manage competing tasks.
- Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk.
- Maintain a focus on meeting the needs/requests of our clients, including responding to inquiries timely and accurately, resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate issue resolution, operational improvements, and risk reduction.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
