Position: QA Lead - Selenium + Python

Location: USA - NY (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing across all testing phases, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Strong grasp of QA principles and testing methodologies, along with industry best practices.
  • At least 8 years of experience as an Automation QA Tester.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and executing automation tests using tools like Selenium (Python preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum preferred).
  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST services and a solid understanding of SOA architecture.
  • Experience in creating and managing automation frameworks is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying is required.
  • Exposure to distributed version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with test data management strategies.
  • Familiarity with change management and defect tracking systems.
