Peco Foods is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic 3C Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical and Hydraulic Systems: Troubleshoot, overhaul, and repair industrial electrical circuits, electronics, and PLC programming.
  • Conduit and Splicing: Run conduit and make field splices as required.
  • Plant Hydraulics: Troubleshoot, overhaul, and repair plant hydraulics.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and make minor repairs as needed to plant equipment.
  • Welding and Cutting: Demonstrate general welding and basic cutting skills.
  • Production Equipment: Set-up, operate, adjust, and maintain production equipment.
  • Safety Procedures: Be familiar and practice Lock out/Tag out safety procedures on a daily basis.
  • Quality Control: Physically inspect products for natural occurring and processing defects.
  • Reporting: Identify and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to immediate supervisor or plant management official.
Physical Demands
  • Standing/walking 100% of the workday.
  • Lifting and pulling various weights based upon machine and task in hand, but no greater than 75 lbs without assistance.
  • Carry a waist tool belt (approximately 15-45 pounds) with all the various tools and supplies needed for daily work.
