Position Overview:
This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our advanced machinery and equipment. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance on various machinery and equipment to guarantee peak performance and safety.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to address complex challenges and devise sustainable solutions.
  • Keep precise and current maintenance logs.
  • Assist in the introduction of new machinery, including setup, testing, and initial operations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff as required.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and best practices in machinery maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a maintenance technician capacity, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical repairs is a must.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various machinery and equipment utilized in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot intricate mechanical problems.
  • Exceptional technical abilities, including the capacity to interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical fitness and capability to handle heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Dedication to following all safety and operational guidelines.
  • Relevant certifications in mechanical repair or related disciplines are advantageous.
