About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Rumpke Waste and Recycling. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all levels of preventative maintenance services, including inspecting brake systems, steering mechanisms, and wheel bearings.
  • Repair and troubleshoot major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials.
  • Complete accurate work orders daily.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language.
