  • Manage vendor invoices within the accounts payable automation platform
  • Reconcile monthly expenditures using the budgeting software
  • Conduct month-end closing activities, which include balance sheet reconciliations and expense accruals
  • Support audit requests and prepare year-end audit documentation
  • Record corporate credit card transactions in the general ledger
  • Verify accurate W9 information for 1099 processing
  • Assist with various projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Understanding of accounting principles and general ledger systems
  • Excellent communication abilities
