Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Patient Care and Mentorship: As a Medical Director, you will provide direct patient care while mentoring and leading by example, setting the standard for clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Team: You will work closely with the leadership team to improve clinical quality, workflows, and patient satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee Clinician Onboarding and Development: You will oversee the onboarding, coaching, and adherence to best practices for clinicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Maintain Strong Relationships: You will maintain strong relationships with employers, payers, and the local community to support growth and ensure the success of AnyPlace MD.

Requirements
  • Current Unrestricted Medical License: You must hold a current unrestricted medical license.
  • DEA License: You must hold a DEA license.
  • MD or DO Degree: You must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong Decision-Making Skills: You must have strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to Patient-First Care: You must be committed to patient-first care and superior customer service.
  • Ability to Lead and Mentor: You must have the ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical staff.
