About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Assemblers to join our team in a growing company in the Catoosa area. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electrical, equipment, and subassemblies following drawings and written specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electrical, equipment, and subassemblies following drawings and written specifications.
  • Drill, tap, or ream holes, align components, and bolt, screw, or rivet them together using hand tools or portable power tools.
  • Bend and install electrical conduit. Strip shielding and crimp assorted wires to required work instructions.
  • Train or assist in the training of other employees in assembly processes.
  • Build bundles.
  • Experience with plenums/driver for air-cooled heat exchangers.
  • Expansion, Hydro, dry out, N2 Purge.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Ability to work on your feet six days per week while lifting, pushing, pulling, bending with as much as 50 lbs. of weight.
  • Ability to fill out production paperwork.

Benefits:

  • $17-19/hr dependent on interview and experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 4.5% 401k match.
  • 48 hours of sick pay (32 roll over YoY) + 2 weeks 1st year of PTO accrued + roll over.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Long-term contract to hire.
