Responsibilities

The Facility Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Facility Technicians and Master Facility Technicians who manage maintenance and repairs in various areas including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and machinery upkeep. This role involves preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring the successful completion of all facility-related work. Additionally, the supervisor is accountable for the safety and training of facility staff, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
Preferred Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in facility maintenance, with expertise in one or more technical fields
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a Master Facility Technician within the organization
