As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to maximizing both personal and client performance. Under the guidance of experienced managers, you will develop and refine your approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning, ensuring a fulfilling and unlimited career in personal training.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized programming.
- Manage and maintain accurate schedules, including client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal systems.
- Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products to provide seamless support to clients.
- Deliver fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services to enhance the client experience.
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored programs and coaching.
- Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients, ensuring a safe and effective fitness experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness floor during shifts and sessions, ensuring a positive environment for clients.
- Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions, staying ahead in the industry.
- Participate in regular one-on-one and team meetings with management to discuss progress, goals, and challenges.
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
- Certification reimbursement opportunity for non-PT certified applicants.

- Current CPR/AED certification (certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
- Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.
