- Maintain accurate resident medical records using an electronic medical record.
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment is essential.
- Ability to build rapport with residents and their families.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate: $27.30-$31.30 per hour, plus $3.20 per hour direct care wages.
