Air Industries Group is seeking a skilled Cutter Grinder Specialist to join our team in the aerospace industry.

This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining grinding tools to shape, form, and assemble metal products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Walters cutter grinders and be able to study blueprints, work orders, or machining instructions to determine product specs and tool requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and operating grinding tools to produce high-quality metal products
  • Inspecting and measuring finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specs
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cutter/grinder operations
