Job SummaryWe're seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at De Anza Blvd. KinderCare. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. You'll implement our research-backed curriculum, partner with parents, and support the success of our center.
Responsibilities- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
- Create a safe and engaging environment that fosters learning and development
- Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children
- Support the success of our center by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
- A competitive starting rate of pay: $19.95/hour
