Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team in the beautiful resort town of Chelan, WA. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in our clinic's success by providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and their pets, showcasing our passion and pride for our work.
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Schedule appointments according to clients' preferences, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist clients as they exit, ensuring all their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the team and delivering exceptional results.
