Financial Planning Director

Rehlko, a global leader in energy resilience, seeks a seasoned Director to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department. This critical role will design and administer the process for global forecast, budget, and management reporting, driving strategic decision-making through financial models, forecasts, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the annual budget process, collaborating with teams to allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and execute operational plans.
- Maintain quarterly forecast and actuals performance of the P&L, identifying key business and financial trends, and communicating them to leadership.
- Provide thought partnership and foster collaboration across the organization, directly leading the FP&A department.
- Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), for the executive team.
- Create presentations for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of FP&A tools and systems to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.
- 7+ years of manufacturing accounting, managerial accounting, planning, or related experience in an analytical capacity.
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability to communicate to all organizational levels in a financial and managerial capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent major of study.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
