Trades Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trades Specialist to join our team at Westgate Branson Woods Resort in the Ozark Mountains. As a member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to painting and decorating the exterior and interior of our resort.

The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, decorating, and maintaining buildings. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. A valid Florida state driver's license is required.

• Prepare surfaces for painting, using drop cloths and masking tape to protect surfaces
• Apply primer or mildewcide prior to painting where needed
• Apply paint to prepared exterior or interior surfaces using a paint gun, roller, or brush
• Apply caulking where needed
• Apply concrete stain to walkways and entrances
• Mix paint to achieve desired color
• Set up and use ladders and/or scaffolding
• Leave work areas in safe, neat, clean conditions

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Work in outdoor weather conditions
• Valid Florida state driver's license required

• Required to pass a background check and drug test
