Weiner Law is a growing trusts and estates firm seeking an experienced attorney to handle a mix of estate planning, trust administration, and probate cases. The ideal candidate would enjoy mentoring junior team members and be able to juggle a large and varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting estate planning documents
  • Handling probate and trust administration cases from start to finish
  • Supervising junior members of the team
  • Managing client relationships
  • Assisting with business development initiatives
Requirements:
  • Able to work independently while handling multiple files
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
  • Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree, as well as 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to local and state bar associations
  • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills
