Position Summary:

The Thrive Channel Program is rapidly expanding, engaging a vast network of partners nationwide. The Inside Channel Sales Representative will concentrate on discovering new partners, comprehending their business needs, coordinating training sessions, and scheduling appointments for educational purposes. This role also involves maintaining our CRM system, identifying dormant opportunities, contacting partners regarding their progress, generating reports on channel analytics, and supporting our marketing team with campaign follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute and follow up on proposals and quotes with partners and prospects.
  • Engage with channel partners through email, professional networking platforms, and phone communication.
  • Revive inactive deals within the channel funnel and collaborate with senior representatives to close them.
  • Arrange meetings with targeted partners who are not currently transacting with Thrive.
  • Generate various channel data reports.
  • Ensure CRM records are current at both account and opportunity levels.
  • Collect competitive insights and stay informed on the latest industry trends.
  • Identify potential new partners through professional networking platforms.
  • Equip partners with the latest channel materials and additional resources as necessary.
  • Develop and implement call campaigns targeting partners' customer bases.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Channel Program Manager and Chief Revenue Officer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
  • Experience in systems integration, computer hardware/software reselling, managed services, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
