Custodial Supervisor

The Rocklin Unified School District is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for its students and staff. As a Middle School Lead Custodian, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure that all areas of the school are clean and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the school are cleaned regularly.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with school administrators and staff to ensure that the school's facilities meet the needs of students and staff.
• Develop and implement procedures for handling hazardous materials and waste.

Requirements:

• One year of previous work experience performing custodial work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
