Millwright Crew Laborer

Spherion is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling and Installing Machinery: Collaborate with our team to design, build, and install complex machinery systems.
• Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to inform your work.
• Welding and Fabrication: Utilize your skills in welding and metal fabrication to create and repair equipment components.
• Operating Hand and Power Tools: Safely operate a range of hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
