Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and manage shrinkage.
  • Assist with receiving inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining a neat and orderly store environment.
  • Perform cash handling duties, including operating a cash register and processing transactions.
  • Participate in store events, such as vendor fairs and sales floor resets, to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using general office equipment.
Physical Qualifications:

The Retail Sales Associate role requires the ability to perform various physical activities, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The job also involves working in a fast-paced retail environment with moderate noise levels and varying temperatures.
