Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting our assets.
  • Provide a well-merchandised and well-in-stock store by leading and supporting inventory management processes.
  • Lead a team of well-trained team members to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience.
  • Deliver friendly customer service and ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs.
  • Lead the omnichannel processes and manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, as well as inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities.
  • Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team to achieve results and participate in the performance management process.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
Requirements:
  • Retail management leadership experience.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment:

Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks.

Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.

Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
