Product Manager, Interventional Pain Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Avanos Medical. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the North American marketing plan for our Radiofrequency Pain Management product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective plans and programs for product platform to ensure achievement of top line sales growth and gross margin targets.
- Develop short-term and long-term product promotion strategies.
- Manage activities with members of various departments to implement the marketing plan, including sales, operations, research and development, regulatory, and quality assurance.
- Formulate and propose effective pricing strategies.
- Assist in new product introduction process, including written product proposals, project management, all launch activities, line extensions, and modifications.
- Collaborate with Forecasting and Planning team to develop timely and accurate forecasts to ensure required fill rates on existing and new products while supporting sector goals to improve return on working capital.
- Collaborate with Reimbursement/Clinical Affairs teams to develop reimbursement programs and support clinical studies to ensure optimum reimbursement levels for products/procedures based on clinical evidence and economic impact.
- Establish a clear leadership position in key market segments by demonstrating an end-user focus, staying close to customers, gaining customer insights, and establishing relationships with industry KOLs.
- Coordinate participation at trade shows, workshops, meetings with surgeons and hospitals, sales meetings, and participate as required.
- Support and guide development and execution of tools and training to develop and maintain sales force competency to drive new product sales and provide superior customer service.
- Actively seek and positively respond to performance and personal development feedback, while initiating activities to enhance personal functional effectiveness to realize full career potential.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain competitive profiles for products and companies, including literature resources.
- Facilitate physician education through cadaver workshops.
