Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities in residents
  • Liaise with families and caregivers to provide education and support regarding resident care and services
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • A valid, unrestricted license in speech therapy in the state of Missouri
  • CCC certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • At least 2 years of experience working in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
