Radiologic Technologist

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services. This position requires a strong foundation in radiography, with a focus on producing accurate and detailed images for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform radiographic examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging modalities, in accordance with departmental standards, policies, and procedures.
* Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and other devices, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
* Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely image interpretation and patient care.
* Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, including positioning, technique, and patient safety protocols.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and imaging services.
Requirements:
* Associate's degree or certificate in radiologic technology from an accredited program.
* Current licensure in radiologic technology, as required by state and federal regulations.
* Certification in radiography, such as ARRT, is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
