We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Silver Creek Assisted Living. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing direct care.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with state and federal laws and under the supervision of licensed staff.
  • Provide residents with direct care to ensure quality of life and offer additional support to family and visitors.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medication administration techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Certified Medication Technician or Med Level One course certification in the current state or in process to gain certification.
