Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate patient schedules and identify potential conflicts
  • Efficiently check-in and check-out patients, providing a welcoming experience
  • Answer phone calls professionally and convert leads into booked appointments
  • Collect necessary health insurance information and verify authorizations
  • Document patient messages and requests using electronic medical records
  • Address patient concerns and provide relevant information
  • Discuss products and services with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Coordinate with vendors and providers as needed
  • Oversee the front-to-back office patient flow, ensuring timely visits and high-performing teamwork
  • Perform general administrative tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a prehealth field or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Web-based email programs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Responsible money handling practices
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation:

The salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience and aptitude. Additional benefits include quarterly team bonuses, medical, vision, and dental insurance after 90 days, 401(k), PTO, and complimentary/discounted services after training.
